Overview
Temper is a group of bold, fire-fuelled BBQ and steak restaurants located across London, known for open-flame cooking, whole animal butchery, and vibrant, meat-forward menus. With multiple sites and a loyal following, Temper partnered with Snack to help fill covers during quieter trading periods and boost private hire enquiries across the group.
🎯 The Brief
The brief was two-fold: increase dining reservations during off-peak times (especially weekday lunches and early evenings), and generate more private hire and group booking enquiries for events and parties.
💡 What We Did
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Refined location-specific content, optimised key landing pages, and improved search visibility for terms related to group dining, brunch, and private hire.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Launched and managed Google Ads campaigns focused on local search intent, covering everything from “best steak in Soho” to “private dining Shoreditch.”
Paid Social: Delivered Meta ad campaigns across multiple sites to promote weekday offers, new menus, and event concepts – all designed to drive covers during quieter periods.
Third-Party Platform Management: Enhanced and maintained profiles on platforms like OpenTable, SquareMeal, and DesignMyNight to ensure consistency and improve enquiry flow.
Event Concepting & Strategy: Collaborated with the Temper team to develop and promote new event formats, including themed brunches and group dining experiences, tailored to each location’s audience.

Through a mix of strategic performance marketing, creative content, and tactical campaign planning, Temper saw increased midweek dining bookings and improved event enquiry volumes. Our integrated approach ensured each location had the support it needed to drive growth across both covers and private hire.
